Instructions
- Add water, fill your glass about a third of the way full.
- Add 1 banana
- Add 1 table spoon of Agavae
- Add a dash of ginger
- Add one table spoon on Turmeric
- Add two table spoons of Whey powder
- Finish off by filling the rest of your cup with coconut milk
- Optional add ice or frozen butternut squash
- Blend!!!
