Coconut milk


Chocolate powder




Whey powder

Frozen butternut squash


  1. Add water, fill your glass about a third of the way full.
  2. Add 1 banana
  3. Add 1 table spoon of Agavae
  4. Add a dash of ginger 
  5. Add one table spoon on Turmeric
  6. Add two table spoons of Whey powder
  7. Finish off by filling the rest of your cup with coconut milk
  8. Optional add ice or frozen butternut squash
  9. Blend!!!
